To enjoy the best dehumidification experience, we recommend that after connecting the dehumidifier to Wi-Fi for the first time, you keep it off for 15 minutes and then power it on again to allow for an over-the-air firmware update to version 1.00.20. When you first turn on the dehumidifier, you may notice some sound and odor, which is normal, so please wait patiently for 10 minutes.

The dehumidifiers emit heat during operation, which is how they absorb moisture. They can remove up to 109 pints of water per day, depending on the temperature and humidity levels. To protect the compressor and extend the service life, the compressor will start working after 3 minutes each time the dehumidifier is turned on, and it will automatically stop for 10 minutes every 8 hours of operation.

For continuous drainage, you can attach a 3/4 garden hose (not included) to the drain hose connector on the dehumidifier. The recommended use area is 900 square feet, but the maximum use area is 4500 square feet, though the dehumidification effect may not be as effective in larger areas.

The dehumidifiers are energy-efficient, with the 2023 Energy Star Most Efficient certification, saving you up to 50.31% more energy. They also feature auto defrost to stop operating until the frost is gone, extending the product's lifespan.
